Switzer, RAESIN IMAGES founder has recently achieved with departmental honors her
Biochemistry Degree. Kat is best know for Her Freelance Professional
Makeup Artist, and Professional Image Consultant which started in
Seattle Washington. Kat has over 20 years in cosmetic and retail
management, starting and finishing for the Exclusive Nordstroms
Department Store Chain.

In 20
plus years in cosmetic management
Kat never located the correct foundation shade or product that
worked for her or her models and clients, some products came close,
such as Kat's personal favorite line of MAC products. As Kat
says she was always mixing and matching different shades and
brands to produce a tone that would work for anyone and everyone her
professional hands worked on.
Kat
decided to take her degree, expert knowledge, and hands-on
experience to start her own business RAESIN IMAGES. Started in 1987 as a
professional makeup artist, wedding and professional consulting
agency. Thus began the the RAESIN IMAGES (Raising Images)
business.

I'm
premenopausal, isn't' that sweet. lol I personally
have extremely oily combination skin,
very dry and dark under eye circles, hyper-pigmentation, and redness/rosacea
and skin sensitivities like so many women who never realized the
terrible things years of working in the sun would do the skin
without proper sunscreen.
Oh if we'd
only listened to our grandmothers when they advised us to wear a hat
and long sleeves while outside playing every summer. We liked
our tan skin, at least back then. Being pre-menopausal I have
developed more issues with keeping my skin looking it's best then I
ever have before.
I would have
never imagines menopause would have creep into my life at the young
age of 35, but it did. My skin is at it's worst and best on a
daily basis just like most of you in this 30 and up age bracket.
I was recently informed the average age for pre menopause is 32. 32! WOW,
but it does makes sense. Working women, mothers, and home makers
have the highest stress levels ever. It's no wonder a large
group of us are chunky, out of
shape with lack of energy and our skin's health is rapidly declining
as is our overall internal health
The good news
is, there is methods to help if not stop further internal and
external body and skin damage. If you haven't done your
research on aging and health, you better get started now and NOT
waste another short day of your life.

Finding a
foundation that would compliment and match my own bare skin was a
joke among my makeup artist industry friends.
It had been nearly, or should I really say completely, impossible to
find even a semi natural looking foundation base shade.
No foundation
make up matched my
natural American Indian, Scandinavian heritage facial
skin. Not the color of my neck and shoulders, as is appropriate, when
matching base foundation make up color. The foundation facial result was usually
an unnatural, gastly look, like I was wearing a mask or worse looked like a
made up paste face like magazine covers or mannequins.
I personally
would have to incorrectly wear foundation makeup all over my face,
which is a number 1 no no. It really looks like Ick on
everyone! Think of it this way, it is the same as attempting
to wear latex paint on ones face. Unfortunately the RAESIN IMAGES
staff sees the majority of women looking this way.
We're so glad
to help women realize that with the right color, texture and shade

ingredient labels used to scare me, but reading makeup ingredients made me realize that women of all ages needed a change

Cosmetics was kept under private label wraps for several years,
selling only to physicians offices, salons, and private small retail
stores. This was so our professional makeup
artist staff and I would still be able to do hands on professional makeup artist
and wedding/image consultant pageantry work. Helping raise
women's images has always been one of our top priorities.
With the aide
of several great chemical analysts, dermatologist friends, as well
as my biochemistry knowledge RAESIN IMAGES staff worked to formulate
exclusive mineral makeup cosmetic products and shades, real
anti-aging skin care formulas that resulted in helping resolve, and enhanced women's
dermal skins
texture and appearance.
Matching all
ranges of skin color tones and
types, and adding only beneficial, healthy, natural mineral and skin
care ingredients into all

IMAGES products. Products containing only essential ingredients,
free of harsh bismuth, and man made chemicals.
The adult
redness, rosacea, and acne is completely gone, and I've never felt
so proud to be able to go out in public without a full face of
makeup, but with only sunscreen and mascara.
